About your responsibilities:

The Aveda EMEA team is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the acceleration of retail (with a strong focus on Salon business). The new team member will be fully integrated into the team and will have the opportunity to work on regional initiatives, cross-functional projects, and collaborate with our Global teams based in the US and our 15 EMEA affiliates, providing a comprehensive view of the overall business.

Main tasks:

- Support the team in delivering the 360° Go To Market strategy for new launches & key campaigns to our 15 affiliates including competitive analysis, price positioning, earned and owned media strategies.
- Provide monthly reporting on social networks' owned and earned performance, as well as ad-hoc analysis through social listening tools.
- Conduct monthly retail sales analysis by market and product category to ensure we are reaching our targets.
- Perform competitive analysis and identify latest haircare trends analysis (new product launch, social trends, price, claims…).
- Assist in preparing presentations for regional seminars and key retailer meetings.
- Daily support to EMEA affiliates (visuals, pure players campaign requests, retailer creative briefs).
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team on copy and creative directions for new planogram releases.
- Supervise the organization of internal events.

About You:

- Minimum Education Level: Student with a higher education Bac 4/5 or Business Schools (end-of-studies internship).
- Minimum Years and Area of Experience: At least one experience in beauty, fashion or consumer goods.
- Required Language Proficiency: English fluency is a must.
- Licenses or Certifications: Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
