As Store Manager, you will lead a high‑performing team within a freestanding The Cosmetics Company Store (TCCS), driving sales results and delivering an exceptional customer experience across a multi‑brand environment.

You will lead from the floor, coaching and developing your team while ensuring strong execution of retail operations, stock management and store processes in line with TCCS standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs through effective leadership and coaching
• Deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience across multiple brands
• Lead, develop and motivate a retail team in a fast‑paced environment
• Ensure compliance with TCCS operational processes and procedures
• Maintain strong ownership of stock management, including:
  • Inventory accuracy
  • Cycle counts and stocktakes
  • Loss prevention and shrinkage control
• Ensure visual standards and overall store presentation meet company requirements

About You

• Proven experience in a retail store management role
• Strong operational capability with hands‑on experience in stock control and stocktakes
• Commercially driven with a track record of delivering sales results
• Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience in a multi‑brand or high‑volume retail environment is highly regarded
