This role is responsible for developing and executing the brand’s earned media strategy, managing influencer and PR activations and driving measurable impact through partnerships, brand building content and performance analysis.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a results-driven professional with a passion for storytelling and brand building. The ideal candidate combines strong communication and relationship-building skills with creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential, along with a proven ability to drive impactful brand visibility across earned media, PR and influencer marketing. The role requires analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate performance metrics to business insights.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participates in the brand’s media strategy, annual planning and monthly review process, as well as in the definition of the optimal A&P media mix – with a primary focus in the earned media plan and needs.
- Based on the 360-consumer marketing plan, delivers the earned media plan: where to play & how to win. Defines & executes the earned media strategy
- Plans & Monitors earned media budget
- Scouts and maps influencers (quality, brand match, cost, performance).
- Builds and maintains long-term relationships with influencers
- Prepares comprehensive brief to support earned media plan and delivers brief to the earned media agency or to influencers directly. Ensures strategic alignment & flawless execution.
- Oversees seeding activations in collaboration with the PR agency
- Engages with key influencers (paid partnerships) daily to deliver curated content.
- Plans & executes impactful PR events that effectively communicate brand messaging.
- Coordinates media partnerships & press releases
- Monitors influencer performance and social media coverage (Sprout Social platform). Tracks press coverage (Launchmetrics platform).
- Evaluates activations and provides performance insights
- Participates in regional calls, leveraging best practices and adapting successful initiatives to the local market.
- Spreads earned media expertise & contributes to building capabilities within the affiliate
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing / communications or relevant field
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Greek and English.
- Solid grasp of numbers and ability to interpret data
- MSc in Marketing and Digital Certifications/Diplomas will be considered as an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in cosmetics or luxury goods is a plus.
