Reporting directly to the SDVM Manager, Balkans, this role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Store Design and Visual Merchandising department, ensuring efficient management of budgets, vendors, reporting and logistics across projects and markets.

Responsibilities:
- Budget Monitoring & Purchase Process (PO/GR/Invoices)
Supports the procurement process for maintenance activities, Store Design (SD) & Visual Merchandising (VM) projects, as well as other SDVM department expenses. - Database Organization and Management
- Maintains correspondence records with stakeholders and partners
- Manages photographic portfolios by market and project
- Reporting
- Collects and organizes data for regular departmental reports
- Completes the IP SDVM Tracker on a monthly basis
- Store Access Permits
- Manages requests and issues permits for all maintenance, SD, and VM work in stores.
- Vendor Management
- Handles the process of registering new vendors (collecting required documentation, liaising with Procurement)
- Supports updates to existing vendor information when needed
- Software License Management
- Monitors and renews departmental software licenses (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Shipments Preparation
Organizes and tracks shipments of documents, samples, or equipment for SDVM projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field
- Experience with PO processes will be considered an asset
- Experience with SAP will be considered an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English.
