Join our Team in Athens as a Retailer.com Coordinator and unlock an extraordinary opportunity to contribute to a team driven by the mission of 'Bringing the Best to Everyone We Touch'.  Reporting to the eKey Account Manager, this role is responsible for managing and optimizing brand presence on retailer.com, ensuring products are effectively showcased and marketed to enhance online shopping experience and drive sales growth. This is a six month, temporary contract.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a results-driven professional with a passion for eCommerce and brand building. The ideal candidate combines strong collaboration skills with creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, optimize online merchandising across retailer.com platforms, and use data-driven insights to enhance visibility, user experience and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute all product content exchanges with online retail partners, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates across assortments, assets, and product information.
• Oversee online merchandising for retailer websites, including product launches, category placement, visual assets, and optimization to drive visibility and conversion.
• Coordinate day-to-day eCommerce operations with retailers, acting as the main point of contact for digital needs (e.g., product setup, content fixes, campaign execution, availability checks).
• Ensure consistency and quality of brand representation across retailer platforms, aligning with brand guidelines and commercial priorities.
• Monitor retailer.com performance and identify opportunities for improvement (content gaps, merchandising enhancements, onsite visibility), collaborating with internal teams to implement actions.
• Prepare and create all necessary tailor-made assets, including graphics, banners, and other digital content, to support the online strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in e-commerce, marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in asset management tools, including Adobe Photoshop or similar software, to create visually appealing product listings and banners.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Greek and English.
• Familiarity with SEO and e-commerce best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality content.
• Knowledge of beauty, retail and consumer trends is a plus.
