This position is responsible for securing perfect execution of the brand image in-store, applying brand guidelines to all permanent fixtures and driving in-store excellence and innovation in top doors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production process and supply of trade materials in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Executive.
  • Manage the ordering, execution, maintenance, and implementation of POS materials for key consumer moments.
  • Supervise production and material supply, ensuring timely delivery to the Commercial Team in alignment with retailer deadlines, with support from the Product Manager.
  • Coordinate with the Store Design Team to order VM for new stores/renovation and oversee installation.
  • Coordinate with Retail Operation Manager the dismantling of existing stores before renovation or during closure.
  • Own the assets management of stores (both FSS and counters)
  • Complete purchase orders relating to all visual merchandising requirements
  • Ensure retailer compliance with brand merchandising standards by implementing a structured store visit program in top doors when possible.
  • Review and recommend new merchandising concepts and highlight key product launches.
  • Adapt Global/Regional merchandising guidelines to align with local market standards and consumer preferences.
  • Develop, present, and implement fundamental merchandising guidelines at the store level.
  • Manage visual merchandising budgets in collaboration with the CMM, ensuring cost planning aligns with the budget and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Maintain a comprehensive master list of store details, including lightbox specifications, video content and music lists, shelf allocations for pricing strips, tester units, and other key fixtures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or Brand Environment Management, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or luxury retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity implementation in physical retail spaces and consumer experience optimization.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Skilled in design and visualization software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Highly organized, with superb attention to detail and a structured, systematic approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and consistency under pressure.
  • Adapts smoothly to shifting priorities and fast-paced environments.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet objectives and uphold brand standards.
  • Displays a proactive, persistent, and positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, fostering effective partnerships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
