Role Overview

As a Kilian Brand Ambassador, you will be the face and voice of the brand in-store, delivering exceptional client experiences while embodying Kilian’s luxury values. You will engage and inspire customers through storytelling, product expertise, and personalized service to drive sales and build brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a passionate ambassador for Kilian Paris, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences through storytelling and fragrance consultations.

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, encouraging brand loyalty and repeat business.

  • Maintain impeccable grooming, appearance, and behavior in line with brand image.

  • Ensure counter/retail space is visually merchandised to reflect Kilian’s standards of luxury.

  • Support events, activations, and clienteling initiatives to drive awareness and sales.

  • Share brand knowledge with retail partners and colleagues to elevate in-store presence.

  • Keep up to date with product launches, brand heritage, and competitive landscape.

  • Report client feedback, sales performance, and market trends to management.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience in luxury fragrance, beauty, or fashion (preferred).

  • Strong passion for luxury brands and client experience.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Confident, engaging, and professional presence.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and events.
