As one of our highly skilled La Mer Beauty Advisors, you will combine your skincare expertise, passion for luxury beauty and genuine care for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store experience. Through thoughtful consultations and exceptional service, you will educate and delight our customers while helping them discover the La Mer products and rituals best suited to their skincare needs.
You will enjoy working as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events, build lasting customer relationships and ensure the counter consistently meets La Mer’s high standards of luxury service and visual merchandising.

Previous experience in skincare, luxury beauty or retail is desirable; however, we also welcome applicants who demonstrate a strong passion for skincare, customer service and learning. Qualifications

While a qualification in beauty therapy, skincare or previous prestige beauty retail experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with a strong passion for skincare who can demonstrate excellent product knowledge, consultation skills and a genuine commitment to customer care.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
Ability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced retail environment.
Previous experience using retail point-of-sale systems is desirable.
