Claims Representative

to join our team in Budapest

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring claims of all types are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate communication with corresponding internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Manage destructions (DIF) and returns (RAF) via CMS.
• Handle logistics related issues (damages, undershipment/overshipment) aka DRF.
• Solve quality related issues via QI portal.
• Timely processes and follow-up on claims returns, destructions and ensure on-time credit note creation.
• Collaborate with Genpact Team to solve DRF issues.
• Follows procedures as per SOX regulations and internal processes.
• Data and reporting availability for agile business decisions.
• Data maintenance in SAP.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or any other Supply Chain area or sales.
• Business proficiency in English (German speaking is an advantage, additional languages are a plus (Korean, Japanese, Chinese)).
• Service and quality minded.
• Able to set priorities and manage time efficiently.
• Solid experience with ERP system (e.g. SAP), MS Office (Excel in particular) and general IT-Affinity.
• Flexible and independent individual with the ability to adapt (agility & flexibility) in a fast-changing environment.
