We are looking for
Customer Service Support Intern
to join our team in Budapest!
Responsibilities
- Support customer service by helping to ensure that different types of claims are handled accurately and on time.
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in tracking and managing product returns and destructions through internal tools.
- Help monitor and follow up on logistics-related issues such as damages or quantity discrepancies.
- Support the resolution of quality-related cases through designated platforms.
- Prepare and update tracking files in Excel to follow the progress of claims, returns, and destructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help resolve operational issues.
- Maintain organized and accurate data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Use Excel and other digital tools to support data analysis.
Requirements
- Ongoing College/University Studies in Hungary, preferably in Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible work schedule to support your studies.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency, knowledge of Chinese or Korean is an advantage.
- Proactive and reliable attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong technical affinity, with confident use of MS Office tools and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience or familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
