Data Analyst
for our global team in Budapest

 

The Role:

This position is part of the OS organization supporting the Marketing Tower with accountability to Corporate Marketing teams, brand & Innovation teams. Extensive interaction with Corporate Marketing, IT, and innovation team to deliver expected SLAs.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform marketing data processing on product and consumer-level data, and other marketing related research.
  • Assist on greenfield marketing related projects.
  • Quality assurance testing to ensure the integrity of the data outputs.
  • Compose and maintain documentation on data processing and segmenting rules.
  • Cross functional collaboration with IT, Corporate Marketing and Business analysts to ensure accuracy of data processing.
  • Make recommendations to enhance data quality, and enabling application technologies.
  • Support marketing dashboard development and maintenance.
  • Support the execution of data-driven projects, assisting in medium-to-low complexity analytics initiatives that align with business needs.
  • Analyze and interpret datasets to provide insights that support decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability for business stakeholders.
  • Assist in data validation, cleaning, and processing, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

 

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with working on large datasets with structured and unstructured data, to drive quantitative & qualitative analysis.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of analytics skills & tools is a plus (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, or R, Power BI).
  • A self-starter that takes initiative and is proactive in solving problems, and support the team’s needs.
  • Attention to details, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability and willingness to work across, and manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
  • Good stakeholder management skills, with an ability to foster a team relationship with co-workers and all agency disciplines.
  • Critical thinking, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to opportunities.
  • Creates an accountability and own it culture.
  • Prior experience in marketing analytics and data governance is a plus.
