Data Representative
for our global team in Budapest

 

The Role:

This position is supporting the Enterprise Marketing & Online Product Development team, providing data & analysis related support. The Representative will be working predominantly on product data- specifically our product information such as visual (image) assets, product attributes, and more. Key responsibilities involve working around product data information for small to medium brand clusters and acting as a secondary executor including gathering, manipulation, validation, consolidation, and organizing, to aid transition of our product information to our PIM solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather product information located across multiple internal data sources.
  • Manipulate and validate product information based on pre-defined criteria and format.
  • Consolidate and organize product information into pre-defined upload/transition format to our PIM solution following established procedures.
  • Navigate brand-specific nuances when dealing with product information (format, criteria, additional requests etc.).
  • Develop understanding of ELC brand-specific nuances and contribute as a point-of-contact with guidance from senior team members for complex brands.
  • Conduct data quality/validation checks to ensure the integrity of the data outputs.
  • Collaborate with more experienced team members and own stakeholder management including cross functional collaboration including with Corporate Marketing, brand teams, IT, and other contractors.
  • Support documentation efforts by maintaining and updating data processing and segmenting rules (including brand-specific).
  • Ensure all SLAs/KPIs to our stakeholders are met.
  • Take ownership of assigned individual goals and tasks, seeking assistance or escalation in a timely manner, as required.
  • Individual timeline management, with an understanding of its impact on the overall team objectives.
  • Participate in stakeholder discussions as needed – to meet set objectives.
  • Provide back up support within the team when required, and contribute to a positive, motivating, and safe working environment for all team and department colleagues.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills in English.
  • Strong/Demonstrable interest in the beauty industry, prior working experience with product & consumer marketing data is a plus.
  • Experience and comfort with manipulating large data sets.
  • Pro-active problem solver who takes ownership of assigned work, with the ability to seek assistance and/or escalate in a timely manner.
  • Good time management skills, with ability and willingness to work across multiple requirements to achieve project objectives.
  • Good stakeholder management skills (e.g. facilitating discussions, seeking clarifications, and presentations), with an ability to foster a good working relationship across stakeholder groups.
  • Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing data and data governance is a plus.
