Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Store Managers in both Retail and Wholesale POS locations.
• Ensure targets are met or exceeded; create and carry out action plans when needed.
• Lead by example to ensure smooth store operations and a high standard of service.
• Communicate goals and expectations clearly, and create a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Motivate and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Build strong relationships with Store Managers, Sales Managers, Mall Management, and internal teams.
• Work with the Sales Manager to set and achieve sales targets for your region – by area, by brand, and by store.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow sales.
• Make sure there is strong staff coverage in all stores according to business needs.
• Take part in hiring, setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing your team.
• Oversee daily operations, making sure policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
• Managed Team will be: ~ 9 store managers and ~ 50 Beauty Advisors

Skills & Requirements:

• 5+ years management and/or customer experience in Retail is a must
• Experience in team coaching and staff training
• Strong leadership skills; confident in managing and developing teams
• B Driving license and active driving skills
• Excellent public speaking, communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical capabilities, including planning and budgeting
• Ability to function in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Demonstrate flexibility and a positive approach to managing change
• Strong alignment with the company’s values and corporate philosophy
• Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English and Hungarian
• Ability to drive strong in-store visibility and presence across locations
• Hands-on mentality with a results-driven mindset
• Knowledge of X-store POS system and Power BI is an advantage
• Experience working with premium or luxury brands is a plus
