Manager of Vendor Analytics & Reporting
To join our Global team in Budapest
The role:
This is a highly data-driven role with a strong focus on automating reporting and data collection processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal Service Management teams, delivering insights based on performance, financial, and operational data to support governance reviews and decision-making. Partner with external MSPs to establish robust data integrations, enabling the development of dashboards and enhancing visibility of third-party expenditure across multiple categories.
Gather, analyze, and report on partner performance, driving transparency and accountability across a complex, multi-vendor ecosystem, including major outsourcing partners with annual spend in the billions of USD. Standardize language and math behind EBS way of working.
Strategic thinker with a strong focus on execution; hands-on approach with the ability to drive initiatives through to completion. Extensive experience in automation, including the design and implementation of solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain category and supplier-level reporting to senior executives and internal stakeholders
- Accountable for developing and maintaining effective relationships with multiple global parties both internal and external.
- Provide insights based on data for the Service Management team to support vendors to meet contracted service measures and SLAs.
- Coordinate vendor activities to meet operational requirements and project needs.
- Build the system to enable the service management team to monitor vendor performance.
- Drive continuous improvement of the department by reviewing and optimizing/automating daily operational processes
- Engage vendors to populate and maintain their databases and dashboards.

Key Skills:
- BSC degree in Business, Economics, or Information Technology
- 10+ years' experience in developing reporting solutions and automization.
- Strong capabilities in reporting and analytics, combined with leadership and project management skills; highly data fluent
- Extensive experience in RPA and automation technologies, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions.
- Experience in data collection, structure, and management
- Strategic thinker yet focused on execution; able to roll up sleeves to get things done
- Proven experience in Service Management within a Global Business Services Department Experience working with geographically dispersed team & customer base
- Ability to lead, influence & motivate Stakeholders /partners
- Experience with vendors in an outsourced environment focusing on performance and governance
- Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment
- Expertise in PBI, PowerApps, Power Automate and ability to learn new software packages/tools
- Strong record of driving operational improvements to support business strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate at various levels within the organization and with external parties
- Understanding of vendor governance and how to provide feedback without deteriorating partnerships
- Ability to establish and document processes, guidelines and policies
