Key Account Coordinator

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical, sales-driven, and customer-focused Marketplace Coordinator to join our E-commerce team. This role will be responsible for accelerating the growth of our marketplace business by developing strong commercial relationships with key customers, identifying business opportunities through data-driven insights, and ensuring excellence in execution across all e-commerce fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key marketplace partners and customer stakeholders.
  • Drive sales growth, market share, and profitability through the execution of customer business plans.
  • Identify business opportunities and risks through continuous performance analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Lead customer conversations related to assortment, pricing, promotions, investments, and growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize key business KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion, profitability, availability, and share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Category Management, and Retail Media to deliver business objectives.
  • Support forecasting, demand planning, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
  • Analyze P&L performance and financial metrics to identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
  • Ensure operational excellence across product availability, content quality, promotional execution, and inventory management.
  • Build business cases and presentations for customer meetings and internal leadership reviews.

 

 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplaces, Key Account Management, Sales, or Commercial roles.
  • Strong customer-facing experience with proven ability to build and maintain commercial relationships.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to transform data into business actions.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace dynamics.
  • Experience participating in IBP and forecasting processes.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English.
