About the Role

As a Tom Ford Beauty Casual, you will:

• Deliver exceptional service and personalised consultations across fragrance, makeup, and skincare.
• Showcase your makeup expertise, creating elevated looks that express the Tom Ford aesthetic.
• Share your fragrance passion, guiding clients through our luxury collection with confidence and care.
• Drive sales performance through meaningful connections and brand storytelling.
• Maintain impeccable presentation standards in line with Tom Ford’s luxury retail experience.
• Support the boutique team with flexibility, professionalism, and enthusiasm during peak trading periods.

About You

You are:

• Passionate about luxury beauty, fragrance, and makeup.
• Experienced in premium or luxury retail (beauty experience highly regarded).
• Confident, stylish, and customer-focused, with exceptional communication skills.
• Results-driven and able to thrive in a dynamic boutique environment.
• Flexible with availability — including weekends, late nights, and key trading events.

  Assist with stock management, replenishment, and merchandising as required.
