About the Role

As Digital Activation Manager, you will be responsible for driving excellence in digital marketing execution across Nordic Retailer Partners. You will ensure best-in-class digital visibility and performance, turning insights into impactful actions that elevate brand equity and retail sales. You will be the link between our Nordic digital strategy and retailer execution, ensuring alignment with brand goals, delivering on KPIs, and accelerating our digital ambitions through strong collaboration and innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure best-in-class e-VM to drive retail sales and safeguard brand equity
  • Be responsible for execution and excellence in all our digital marketing campaigns across our Nordic retailer partners
  • Analyze online performance for always-on activities and retailer campaigns, turning data into actionable insights for continuous improvement across the organization
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with retailers’ digital marketing teams to accelerate our consumer-facing digital ambitions
  • Maximize brand visibility across all retailer channels and implement growth plans that outperform market trends
  • Lead special digital omnichannel initiatives and projects in close collaboration with KAMs and Brand Teams
  • Monitor and report on the e-retail competitor landscape, and spot emerging trends and define best practices

Your Qualifications

  • You have relevant experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, and / or Digital Media
  • You have a good understanding of how to execute campaigns in retailers’ digital channels, E-commerce, SoMe, CRM etc.
  • You have an interest in working with FMCG brands
  • You have a strong understanding of what great content can do in digital channels
  • You have a sense of the effects of influencer marketing
  • You are performance driven
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You have good communication skills
  • You speak at least one of the Nordic Languages and English
