About the Role
As our new Execution Planner, you will be a part of the Nordic Supply Chain team that beside Execution Planning includes Master Data, Customer Service and Logistics Operation. You will together with your Execution Planning colleague be responsible for best-in-class execution of both basic business and new launches to support net sales and customer service level optimization by being the strong proactive link between Regional Sales & Demand Planning teams and affiliate teams (Customer Service, Commercial, Digital, Brands).
Your Key Responsibilities
- Own the Execution Horizon (0–3 months) for multiple brands, ensuring alignment between allocated and ordered stock
- Act as the key link between the Nordic affiliate and the Regional Supply Planning team to support execution on available products
- Coordinate new product launches to perfection together with Customer Service, Commercial and Brand teams
- Update the demand plan by exception, especially in response to short-term changes or launch adjustments
- Share supply chain risk insights with key stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
- Lead excess stock review processes in collaboration with Sales and Brand teams
- Support execution of events and promotional activities
- Handle ad hoc supply chain requests related to order optimization, launch, and inventory adjustments
Your Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience with Execution Planning, Supply Planning or Demand Planning and a higher educational background within Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar or extensive planning experience with focus on short-term execution
- Extensive Supply Chain understanding especially within short-term planning combined with strong business acumen
- Highly skilled within ERP systems, preferably SAP and BI
- Very strong Excel skills (handling and presentation of big amount of data) and good IT understanding in general
- Fluent in at least one of the Nordic languages
- Good English skills (English is our company languages)
