This role sits at the intersection of finance and commercial decision-making, with a strong mandate to challenge assumptions, validate performance, and ensure disciplined value creation. You will have strong exposure to senior leadership and play a critical role in shaping financial performance and business outcomes.

About The Role

As Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted co-pilot to Brand Directors, Commercial Leadership, and the Nordic Finance Director, driving performance steering and key business decisions with a clear voice in trade-offs and prioritisation. You will take ownership of financial performance across your brand cluster, ensuring full transparency of drivers, risks, and opportunities, while combining analytical expertise with strong commercial acumen.

In this role, you will lead core financial processes while rigorously challenging assumptions, validating performance, and driving continuous improvement across the business. You will work closely with the Nordic General Manager and cross-functional leadership, ensuring financial insights are clearly understood, challenged where needed, and translated into value-creating actions.

 

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and co-own financial performance across your business areas, ensuring delivery against growth and profitability targets
  • Partner with Brand Directors and Commercial leadership to challenge assumptions, shape decisions, and influence prioritisation
  • Lead financial planning cycles (budget, forecasts, long-range plans), ensuring alignment with strategic and commercial priorities
  • Deliver forward-looking analysis to identify risks and opportunities, translating insights into clear actions that drive performance
  • Rigorously challenge investment decisions and trade-offs, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and strong return on investment
  • Own and promote a strong ROI mindset across commercial and marketing investments, including follow-up on performance and outcomes
  • Ensure transparency and robustness in financials by validating key drivers, assumptions, and cost structures
  • Prepare executive-level materials, including clear and compelling PowerPoint presentations, to support decision-making
  • Contribute to improving financial processes, tools, and ways of working, with a focus on effectiveness, discipline, and simplification
  • Collaborate with Nordic, EUKEM, and Global teams, ensuring alignment and high-quality, reliable reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
  • Strong experience in P&L management, planning, and performance analysis
  • Proven ability to influence and constructively challenge stakeholders, including senior business leaders
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth vs. profitability trade-offs
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and comfort in ambiguity
  • Experience working in a complex, international matrix organisation
  • Strong experience producing executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable narratives
  • Advanced Excel and SAP (or similar systems)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into business actions
  • Fluent in English
