About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and structured Student Assistant to support our Clinique Marketing Team. In this role, you will work closely with Trade Marketing Manager, Consumer Marketing Manager, and Product Manager across a broad range of marketing activities.

 

You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of campaigns, product launches, and trade marketing activities across the Nordic markets. You will assist with a variety of projects and gain hands-on experience within several areas of marketing. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with different functions and contribute to the success of one of the world's leading prestige beauty brands.

We expect you to work approximately 15-20 hours per week.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution and maintenance of marketing activities across Nordic markets and retailers
  • Support and manage brand events for consumers and retailers
  • Coordinate the production of POS materials and marketing assets
  • Support the creation of retailer campaigns, newsletters and marketing materials
  • Support field staff with materials related to in-store activities and events
  • Create presentations, one-pagers and sales materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate marketing activities and launches across Trade Marketing, Consumer Marketing and Product Management
  • Support the optimization of product pages and digital content across retailer platforms
  • Support sales reporting, analysis and performance tracking in Excel
  • Support the marketing team with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks

Your Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree programme with at least two years of studies remaining
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Effective planning and coordination skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Structured, detail-oriented and hands-on in your approach
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or InDesign is an advantage

You have strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You are service-minded, have a positive can-do attitude, and take a hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
