You have a deep understanding of every product in the assortment, from consumer benefit to commercial performance, and act as the go-to product expert for internal stakeholders. In this role, you translate data into clear insights and decisions, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right price. You bring a structured, detail-oriented approach and are highly comfortable working with data, using Excel as a key tool to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and support informed decision-making.

The Product Manager belongs to the marketing team, which consists of Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Consumer Marketing. You will be reporting directly to the Nordic Brand Director.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Nordic product portfolio across channels and retailers, ensuring the right assortment, pricing, and local relevance
  • Responsible for forecasting, partnering closely with Demand Planning to ensure accuracy across ongoing business and new product launches
  • Lead assortment and competitive analyses to optimize portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Act as the Nordic voice towards Global and Regional teams, translating local market needs into relevant product adaptations
  • Build strong local product offerings and differentiation initiatives (e.g. sets, GWPs, exclusives) in collaboration with Trade Marketing and Consumer Marketing.
  • Support Consumer Marketing in go-to-market and launch planning, adapting global strategies to local execution.
  • Own pricing, including recommended retail prices, competitor monitoring, and price adjustments in line with global guidelines
  • Drive product-related sales drivers and forecasting inputs, identifying net sales opportunities and mitigating risks
  • Ensure accurate product data and portfolio changes, supporting smooth launches, discontinuations, and operational planning
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Visual Merchandising to optimize sell-through, stock levels, and in-store execution

Your Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience from a similar role
  • Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a structured and detail-oriented way
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organisation
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages is an advantage

Your Personality

  • You are proactive and self-driven, comfortable taking ownership and working independently
  • You are structured and reliable, with a solid ability to follow up and follow through
  • You bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset, even when navigating complexity
  • You enjoy collaborating and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
