About the Role 
As Nordic Trade Marketing Manager for The Ordinary and Dr. Jart+ you will be responsible for shaping and executing the trade marketing calendar for our retailers & e-retailers. Your role is to lead and optimize our trade marketing initiatives both on a strategic, tactical and operational level. 

 

You will report directly to the Nordic Brand Director for Clinique, Dr. Jart+ and DECIEM, and be part of a dynamic Nordic brand organization where collaboration, agility and a strong commercial mindset are key. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven trade marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys turning insights into action. 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategy and plan based on business and shopper insights that support short- and long-term business objectives.Develop and present Trade Marketing presentations at sales & retailer meetings. 
  • Identify business potentials and develop tactical actions based on these. 
  • Develop and secure best in class implementing of off- and online brand activation activities and coop advertising. 
  • Evaluate trade activations and follow up on monthly retail sales. 
  • Budget management 
      

Your qualifications 

  • You have a relevant master’s degree in marketing, business or communication 
  • You have 3+ years of work experience with trade marketing, shopper marketing or commercial activation in a B2C environment 
  • You have strong communication, presenting and relationship-building skills 
  • You are a super user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • You are fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish)

  • You are a team player and used to handling multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a superb eye for detail. 
  • You have an analytical mindset and a strong personal interest in marketing. 
  • You are detail-oriented, data-driven, and possess a ready-for-change mindset. 
  • You can translate insights into actions.   
  • You have a proactive nature, focusing on solutions and making things happen.
