About the Role

The Product Manager is at the heart of our business, as you are managing the product portfolio, which includes forecasting, pricing, performance analyses and stock management. You will know every single product in the assortment from product benefit to sales performance. You are the product expert that understands, updates and informs relevant stakeholders of updates related to product assortment. This will require a structured approach and good eye for details. You must have excellent excel skills and quickly understand and know which data is needed to make decisions. 

The Product Manager belongs to the marketing team, which consists of Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Consumer Marketing. You will be reporting directly to the Nordic Brand Director. 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute forecasting, pricing, Cost of Goods analysis, stock management as well as product logistics related tasks
  • Partner with Demand Planning to ensure accurate forecasting across the portfolio
  • Support Consumer Marketing in building launch plans
  • Build and plan sales drivers to achieve sales budget and build sales opportunities and mitigate potential risks
  • Analyze sales, plan and execute category management
  • Analyze competitive landscape and trends to identify sales opportunities (customers, category development, products, prices and channels)
  • Track sales performance and build reporting
  • Analyze product lineup and returns together with Visual Merchandizing
  • Evaluate and report the marketing programs by set objectives
  • Control the assigned budget
  • Coordinate with the Key Account Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, Consumer Marketing and logistics department on daily operations 

Your Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of relevant experience from a similar job
  • Excellent Excel Skills
  • Strong Project Management Skills  
  • You speak and write English fluently
  • It is an advantage to speak one of the Nordic languages

  • You are proactive and can work independently
  • You know how to follow-up and follow-through
  • Positive and optimistic mindset
  • You have great communication skills and enjoy building strong relations to various stakeholders – external as well as internal
