About the Role

ELC Nordic is looking for a Student Assistant in the Customer Service Team. As a Student Assistant, you will support our Customer Service Specialists in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth order execution. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

  • Work with the planning and execution of internal orders and future campaigns
  • Measure and analyze product and trade performance to ensure optimal product portfolio

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing incoming orders from Nordic customers including Matas, Magasin, and KICKS
  • Support the handling of tester orders, collateral orders, and other non-standard order types
  • Help manage newness orders to ensure timely product launches
  • Provide assistance in customer service-related tasks and ad hoc requests

Your Qualifications

  • You are pursuing a higher education (i.e. CBS, KU, RUC, KEA, Cphbusiness etc.)
  • Interest in customer service and supply chain operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general IT tools
  • Fluent in at least one Nordic language and comfortable communicating in English
  • You are proactive and can work independently
  • You know how to follow-up and follow-through
  • Effective, structured and hands-on approach 
  • Preferably you already have some relevant working experience
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems; experience with SAP is a plus
