Roles & Responsibilities
ELC Nordic is looking for Student Assistants for various departments. Please clearly indicate in your application which position(s) you would like to apply for.  

Earned/Owned Team - Two Student Assistants (Fragrance & Clinique)

As an Earned/Owned Student Assistant, you will support the execution of influencer and PR activities across the Nordic markets. You will help coordinate influencer and press seedings - from planning recipient lists to managing product orders and shipments - while also researching relevant influencers and maintaining updated databases.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate influencer and press seedings, including product orders and shipments
  • Research and maintain influencer databases and PR platforms
  • Support PR events, campaigns, reporting, and creative initiatives


Your Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Strong Excel, planning and execution skills
  • Structured and hands-on approach
  • Strong communication skills and an interest in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with Canva, Photoshop, and InDesign is an advantage
  • Experience with influencer monitoring, PR, or similar is an advantage
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken (an additional Nordic language is an advantage)

 

We expect you to work 15-20 hours/week.

Expected start date is July 1st and August 1st 2026.

You will report to the Earned/Owned Manager.

Human Resources - Student Assistant (Talent Acquisition & Development)

We are looking for a Student Assistant to join the Human Resources team, supporting both Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development. You will help drive a smooth end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate L&D activities, and contribute to ongoing HR projects and internal initiatives across the Nordic organization.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Screen and assess candidates as part of our recruitment process (e.g., CV review and interview coordination support)
  • Coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) plans and programs in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Draft internal communication for HR projects and initiatives (e.g., updates, announcements, and supporting materials)
  • Support employer branding projects, helping strengthen how we present ELC as a workplace
  • Contribute to Corporate Citizenship & Sustainability initiatives (e.g., Breast Cancer Campaign) and Inclusion, Diversity & Equity activities

 

Your Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or similar)
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, and motivated to learn the end-to-end hiring process
  • Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in creating clear, engaging internal communication
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and data (Excel/PowerPoint; experience with HR systems is a plus)
  • Professional and trustworthy, with a high level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Danish or another Nordic language is an advantage

 

We expect you to work 15-20 hours/week.

You will report to the HR Business Partner.

Key Account Management - Student Assistant

As a Key Account Management Student Assistant, you will collaborate with the KAM team and work with retailers across the Nordics. You will support and enhance our business through daily ad hoc assignments, while also taking ownership of your own areas of responsibility and projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholders by coordinating and executing internal deliverables to meet customer requests and deadlines
  • Support the bi-annual master data registration process by delivering key materials (planograms, price lists, order sheets, data templates, etc.)
  • Conduct assortment analysis, catalogue alignment, root-cause analysis, and regular SAP updates
  • Update the trade plan by brand and campaign
  • Maintain distribution changes and new openings in SAP
  • Own and communicate changes to launch dates, product codes, pricing, etc. between brand and customer
  • Coordinate marketing POS material between brand and customer

Your Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Strong Excel skills are an advantage
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with data and digital systems (experience with SAP or similar tools is a plus)
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken (an additional Nordic language is an advantage)

 

We expect you to work 15-20 hours/week.

Expected start date is August 1st 2026.

You will report to the Key Account Manager (KAM).

Data Team - Student Assistant

As a Student Assistant in our Data Team, you will support day-to-day operations by working with data routines and ad hoc tasks in a fast-moving environment. You will collaborate with Data Specialists across the organization, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate to help prepare, validate, and report business data - gaining hands-on experience with real processes and datasets.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support preparation, validation, and upload of market, sales, and inventory data into our BI systems
  • Work extensively with Excel to structure, validate, and maintain datasets
  • Assist in maintaining product catalogues, pricing data, and retailer-specific data deliveries
  • Perform detailed data quality checks and support data cleansing activities
  • Support recurring data management routines and operational processes
  • Assist with documentation of data processes and contribute to continuous improvements
  • Handle various administrative and ad hoc data tasks as part of the team’s daily work

 

Your Qualifications

  • Currently studying within Business, Economics, Data Analytics, IT, or a similar field
  • Strong interest in working with data and data-driven processes
  • Very comfortable working with Excel and large datasets (advanced Excel skills are a strong advantage)
  • Structured approach to data and strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools is an advantage
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken (an additional Nordic language is an advantage)

 

We expect you to work 15-20 hours/week.
Expected start date is August 1st 2026.
You will report to the Data & Analytics Manager.
