About the Role
As Nordic Trade Marketing Manager for MAC and Too Faced, you will shape and execute the trade marketing agenda across Nordic retailers and e-retailers. You will translate global brand strategies and local consumer insights into commercially strong, locally relevant plans that build brand desire, recruit consumers and accelerate sell-through across makeup categories.
You will report directly to the Consumer Marketing Manager for MAC and Too Faced and work closely with Sales, Education, Visual Merchandising, Online and retailer partners across the Nordics. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded trade marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, trend-led category and can turn insights into precise execution.
Your Key Responsibilites
- Develop and execute the Nordic trade marketing strategy and calendar for MAC and Too Faced, aligned with brand priorities, retailer needs and commercial targets.
- Lead the trade planning of key launches, franchises and shopping moments across stores and e-commerce, ensuring strong visibility, consumer engagement and sell-through.
- Translate consumer, shopper, category and retailer insights into tailored activation plans and commercial recommendations.
- Partner with Sales, Education, Visual Merchandising, Online and retailer teams to deliver consistent, best-in-class brand execution across all touchpoints.
- Develop compelling trade presentations, retailer sell-in stories and activation toolkits for sales and retailer meetings.
- Track retail sales, launch performance and activation results, identifying opportunities and corrective actions to improve return on investment.
- Manage trade marketing budgets, forecasts, purchase orders and agency or supplier relationships with accuracy and discipline.
- Monitor the Nordic makeup landscape, competitor activity and emerging trends to keep both brands relevant and commercially competitive.
Your Qualifications
- You hold a master’s degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field.
- You bring at least three years of experience in trade marketing, commercial, shopper marketing, commercial activation or brand marketing within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or another fast-moving consumer category.
- Experience within prestige beauty or makeup, including launches, retail activation or e-commerce, is a strong advantage.
- You combine commercial thinking with strong project management and can manage multiple markets, retailers and deadlines simultaneously.
- You build strong relationships and communicate confidently with internal stakeholders, agencies and external retail partners.
- You are analytical and confident using retail data, Excel and PowerPoint to develop clear recommendations and compelling presentations.
- You are fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
