About The Role:
In this pivotal role, you will drive new market expansion and growth across the region. As a key part of our Middle East Commercial Team, you will build partnerships, open new channels and bring structure to new market launches — guiding them from concept to commercial success.
We are looking for a true deal-maker and relationship builder: someone who thrives on meeting new people, negotiating win–win outcomes and navigating complex, multicultural environments. You will partner closely with internal teams including Commercial, Supply Chain, brands — to make new markets thrive, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
About You
About You:
- You will be a self-starter, who has proven experience in both working autonomously and within teams.
- You will have strong commercial experience in the Middle East — ideally in beauty, retail, or FMCG.
- You will have an entrepreneurial mindset and be able to demonstrate where you have used this.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Excellent negotiation, agility and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working across cultures and functions
- Arabic is not essential but always a plus.
