Estée Lauder Companies Middle East is looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Dubai, UAE based dynamic team.

This role is at the heart of driving growth across the region, leading our distributor partnerships, managing sales performance and unlocking new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy, overseeing end-to-end order-to-cash and delivering ambitious plans for our brands.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a proven commercial leader with:

• Extensive experience managing distributors across multiple markets in the Middle East.
• Strong leadership in a matrix, global business.
• A track record of building brands and developing high-performing teams
• Solid financial and analytical acumen to manage Gross-to-Net and P&L performance
• Deep knowledge of the Middle East market landscape and a strong network across the industry.
• Strong operations experience and performance drive.
• Fluent English essential, Arabic a +
