District Manager (Makeup)

An exciting opportunity has opened for a strategic and commercially minded District Manager to play a key role in the growth and success of a globally recognised makeup brand.

This role is ideal for an experienced retail leader with a passion for beauty, strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams within a premium environment. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance, strengthen brand presence and deliver an exceptional client experience.

About the role

• Drive commercial performance across a multi-location retail environment
• Translate strategy into impactful execution, using data and insight to inform decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop inspire teams to deliver outstanding results.

• Ensure flawless execution of brand initiatives, visual merchandising and store operations, maintaining consistent brand standards and compliance across all locations.

• Build strong relationships with key internal and external partners.

Qualifications

About you

• Proven leadership experience within luxury makeup, beauty, or premium retail
• Minimum 5yrs of experience in retail management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
• Commercially astute with a strong sales mindset
• A confident people leader with a passion for talent development
• Organised, results-driven, and comfortable working with performance data
• Digitally savvy with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Previous GCC experience
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (Arabic is a must)
• Flexibility and ability to travel easily and as and when required.(Ability to easily obtain visas).
