We’re looking to connect with Demand & Supply Planning professionals interested in future opportunities with The Estée Lauder Companies across our Middle East business.

If you enjoy turning data into clear forecasts, working closely with brands and balancing product availability with healthy inventory levels, we’d love to hear from you.

What you could be working on

• Building demand forecasts for Middle East region, 11 countries by collaborating distributors, using sales trends, marketing calendars, launch plans and business targets.
• Partnering with Brand and Finance teams to align forecasts and improve forecast accuracy.
• Planning stock for new launches, campaigns and key trading periods.
• Managing inventory and stock cover to support product availability and service levels.
• Identifying risks around out-of-stocks, excess inventory, ageing and expiry, and recommending practical actions.
• Working with Customer Service, Logistics and supply teams to resolve stock issues and prioritise urgent requirements.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply planning or inventory management, ideally within beauty, FMCG, luxury or a related industry.
• A university degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent Excel capabilities.
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and presenting clear recommendations.
• Attention to detail, sound commercial judgement and the ability to adapt as priorities change.
