Media & Online Intern (6 months) | The Estée Lauder Companies Middle East

Join The Estée Lauder Companies Middle East and explore the digital side of prestige beauty. From paid media campaigns to online shopping experiences, you will gain hands-on exposure to how our brands connect with consumers and grow online.

Working across Media, E-commerce and Brand teams, you will contribute to real projects, learn from experienced colleagues and see how different functions come together to bring a campaign to life.

What you will get involved in:

• Paid Media: Support campaign execution, reporting, budget tracking and coordination with agencies and stakeholders.
• E-commerce: Help support online launches, promotions and product listings across retailer websites and brand channels.
• Digital Assets & Content: Coordinate campaign assets and product content to ensure launches go live on time.
• Retail & Partner Coordination: Work with retailer, distributor and agency partners to support launches and promotional activities.
• Samples & Launch Support: Help manage product sample requests, deliveries and tracking for retailer content and campaign activations.
• Everyday Execution: Maintain trackers, calendars and shared files, and help keep projects on track through effective coordination and follow-up.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

• A current or recently completed degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Ideally 1-2 years work experience.
• Curiosity about beauty, digital marketing and e-commerce.
• An interest in both the creative and analytical sides of marketing.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence using Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to ask questions and enthusiasm for learning.
