Interested in building your regulatory affairs experience in the beauty industry? Join our Middle East team and help bring our portfolio of prestige beauty products to market through accurate, timely product registrations.

Reporting to the Regulatory Affairs Director, you will support registration activities across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, gaining practical experience in regulatory systems, documentation and distributor coordination.

What you will do:

• Prepare registration documents and enter product information into the Ghad, Montaji and MOIAT portals.
• Check data accuracy, monitor new product registrations and maintain progress trackers.
• Coordinate registration information with local distributors and consolidate their reports.
• Extract information from company systems to support supply chain requests.
• Keep product information and documentation organised and confidential.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Science.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data entry, analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Attention to detail, the ability to manage deadlines and an eagerness to learn.
• Experience in cosmetics regulations would be an advantage.
