Senior Accountant (Travel Retail) - Temporary (8 months)

We are looking for two Senior Accountants to support our Travel Retail Finance operations on a temporary basis for a duration of 8 months. The role is located in Galgenen, Schwyz (Switzerland). 

Your Responsibilities

• Support month‑end close, reporting, accruals, journals, and reconciliations
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
• Support AR (incl. intercompany invoicing) and AP processing
• Assist with factoring, netting, treasury, and cash activities
• Support fixed asset and lease accounting
• Contribute to statutory reporting, SOX controls, and audits
• Collaborate closely with the Travel Retail finance team and drive process improvements

We are looking for:

• University degree in Finance / Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within an international environment
• Strong GL & PTP background
• Plant and product costing experience required
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and in PRC (Public Republic of China) GAAP
• SAP experience is mandatory
• Fluency in English, fluency in Mandarin would be an asset 
• Big 4 experience and CICPA are a plus
• Independent, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure
