Working within a multi-brand prestige beauty environment, you will support customers in discovering products that meet their individual needs while contributing to the achievement of store sales targets and key business objectives.

You will enjoy working as part of a high-performing team, supporting in-store promotions, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards, and ensuring operational excellence through effective stock management, replenishment and store presentation.

Qualifications

About You

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Previous retail or sales experience is desirable, however we welcome applicants with transferable skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine customer relationships.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to achieve sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
