Logistics Process Conformity Supervisor, TR Hainan DC

Description

1)    Inventory & Performance Management

a)    Manage overall inventory integrity, including cycle counts, stock reconciliation between company and 3PL, and aged inventory reduction plans.
b)    Establish and maintain robust tracking, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms for all operational activities (KPI/SLA).
c)    Produce and analyze weekly/monthly/quarterly business performance reviews, KPI reports, and data-driven dashboards to reveal trends and identify operational pain points.
d)    Monitor 3PL performance, initiate corrective actions for deviations, and lead monthly performance reviews to promote effective improvement measures.

2)    Data, System & Process Optimization
a)    Establish and maintain the operational database and information-sharing platforms to ensure data accuracy and timely communication.
b)    Perform complex data analysis to provide actionable insights and data observations for improving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
c)    Execution of Root Cause Analysis –Session and follow up on implementation of agreed corrective/preventive actions
d)    Lead the documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures.
e)    Identify optimization opportunities across the entire logistics operation and propose/implement strategic improvement measures.

3)    Stakeholder & Project 
a)    Serve as the key communication bridge between all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration.
b)    Lead and implement improvement projects to enhance DC performance, supporting 3PL-driven initiatives.
c)    Perform temporary tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications

1.    This position is based in Haikou, Hainan, China
2.    Bachelor's degree
3.    At least 3 years of experience in a Logistics and Supply Chain Environment, ideally with 3PL warehouse management exposure
4.    Good knowledge of warehouse operation and process/flow, familiar with transportation and customs clearance process is a plus
5.     Gained first experience in the application of process and quality improvement tools and lean management, ideally also some project management experience
6.    Proficient in software applications (SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
7.    Ability to perform complex Data Analysis and to set the right priorities
8.    Can work independently, able to take over tasks within projects and deliver high quality in a fast-changing environment
9.    Hands-on mentality
10.    Strong communicator and team player
11.    Good command of English (written and spoken) and Mandarin
12.    Collaborate with other team members in the important aspects of his/her area of work (Lean / Continuous Improvement / Quality / Safety / Security)
13.    Knowledge of Chinese Customs processes is an advantage
