• As a Counter Manager, you will work at one of our retail locations and create unforgettable shopping experiences for our customers through your professional consultation and exceptional service.
• You will be responsible for people management and staff scheduling, ensuring efficient operations and smooth teamwork within your team.
• In addition, you will be accountable for achieving business KPIs and supporting the development and growth of your team members through coaching and talent development initiatives

Qualifications

What you bring

• Ideally, you have some initial experience in retail sales and a passion for inspiring customers with your knowledge.
• You are enthusiastic about the fragrance industry and are eager to continuously expand your expertise.
• Preferably, you have hands-on experience in customer consultation and service.
• You use your passion to deliver an authentic, personalized, and memorable customer experience.
• You are solution-oriented and a strong team player, with a solid understanding of commercial and business-focused thinking.
