Then you might be our next Senior Retail Sales Executive based in Helsinki.
The Role
As a Senior Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing the sales plan within makeup, skincare, and fragrances based on the company’s strategy and needs in major retailers like Sokos, Stockmann, Emotion, Kicks, Lyko, Cocopanda and more. You will be responsible for building knowledge among generic staff, Make-Up Artists and Beauty Advisors on key categories and hero products in the relevant brands for the stores and country. You will play a vital role in achieving budget targets by empowering generic staff to consistently deliver strong performance with or without direct in-store supervision.
You will also be the closest manager to the district’s multicounter managers, leading and inspiring and motivating them.
You will report to the District Manager and be part of a local Retail Sales Executive team. The position is permanent and full-time, based in Helsinki.
More Specifically you will
- Reach the retail targets by door and district, by month and by year and track the progression of the targets
- Build and develop collaborative relationships with our retailers
- Align with the different stores manager about the brands' business plans and ensure that the agreed trade plans are executed
- Follow up with the different doors' performance and create an action plan if needed
- Leadership of multicountermanager(s) in district
- Ensure that visual merchandising is optimal and updated in accordance to the brands' guidelines
- Actively participation in regional meetings, activities and all necessary product and development trainings
- Educate generic staff ensuring that they have the right knowledge about our Hero products and deliver authentic and personalised experience during sell-out occasions
Qualifications
- Are a passionate and experienced beauty expert preferably in make-up, fragrance and skincare industry
- Have previous experience in retail
- Are business-minded and aligned with KPI's set by the company
- Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and for delivering exception customer experience
- Have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Are proficient in a Scandinavian language and English both in speaking and in writing
- Ability to work independently and with remote management
- Experience using PC, Outlook, Power point, Power BI, Excel
- Driver’s license is required
- Are able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
