Job Description: Assistant Manager, Global Marketing
Overview:
The Assistant Manager, Global Marketing plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of global consumer engagement strategies. Reporting to the Executive Director of Global Marketing, this role collaborates cross-functionally to activate brand initiatives, manage global marketing calendars, and ensure seamless coordination with regional teams and creative partners. This position offers the opportunity to drive innovation and consistency across multiple channels within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Global Marketing team in annual planning, product launch execution, and commercial innovation initiatives.
- Maintain and regularly update the global marketing activation calendar to reflect brand priorities and campaign timelines.
- Collaborate across functions to bring 360° brand initiatives to life, ensuring cohesive consumer engagement across all channels.
- Develop and manage creative briefs and localized adaptations in partnership with the Creative team to meet marketing objectives.
- Manage the ACL checklist process and act as the day-to-day point of contact for global regions. Facilitate alignment between Global Marketing, Creative, and regional partners on PDP asset needs, best-in-class practices, and support capabilities.
- Create compelling brand presentations to communicate strategies, campaign plans, and key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the liaison with the Creative department to ensure timely delivery of global assets.
- Lead global consumer review sampling programs (e.g., Topbox), from planning to execution.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to keep Too Faced at the forefront of the industry.
- Act as the first point of contact for regional consumer engagement briefs, ensuring alignment and global support where required.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in global or regional marketing, preferably within the beauty or consumer packaged goods industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail including managing timelines
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (digital, in-store, social, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
