The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, coaching, and business management expertise gained within a luxury retail environment.

This is a unique opportunity to act as the Chief Executive Officer of your own boutique, taking full accountability for crafting and executing a strategic business plan that attracts, retains, and inspires customers. You will lead through innovation—developing impactful in-store events, elevating customer relationships, and nurturing a high-performing team that embodies the spirit of Le Labo.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in retail or assistant retail management, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.

• A passion for delivering meaningful, memorable, and personalised experiences for every customer.

• Confidence in business planning — from setting and reviewing goals, to analysing performance and supporting your team to succeed.

• Proven expertise in store operations, with a focus on inventory management, facilities coordination, and cash reconciliation.

• A collaborative leadership style, fostering a culture of curiosity, care, and achievement.

• Experience conceptualising and delivering in-store events that bring the brand to life.

• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work across retail hours — including evenings, weekends, and special events.

• Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
