We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Luxury Store Manager to lead, coach, and develop our exceptional team of Le Labo Souls, driving performance across sales, customer experience, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, coaching, and business management expertise gained within a luxury retail environment.
This is a unique opportunity to act as the Chief Executive Officer of your own boutique, taking full accountability for crafting and executing a strategic business plan that attracts, retains, and inspires customers. You will lead through innovation—developing impactful in-store events, elevating customer relationships, and nurturing a high-performing team that embodies the spirit of Le Labo.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in retail or assistant retail management, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.

A passion for delivering meaningful, memorable, and personalised experiences for every customer.

Confidence in business planning — from setting and reviewing goals, to analysing performance and supporting your team to succeed.
- Proven expertise in store operations, with a focus on inventory management, facilities coordination, and cash reconciliation.

A collaborative leadership style, fostering a culture of curiosity, care, and achievement.

Experience conceptualising and delivering in-store events that bring the brand to life.

Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work across retail hours — including evenings, weekends, and special events.

Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
