About The Role

As our Nordic Education Artist, you will help bring beauty education to life across the Nordics - inspiring our retail teams and partners through engaging training, coaching, artistry, and storytelling. 

 

Your role will be varied and hands-on. One day, you may be hosting an in-store training or masterclass; the next, creating digital learning content, supporting a product launch, or representing the brand at an event. Whether you are training in person, online, or on stage, your focus will be to make learning inspiring, practical, and relevant. 

 

Working closely with retail teams, field colleagues, brand stakeholders, and regional partners, you will help translate our brand universe into education that strengthens artistry excellence, brand love, and memorable consumer experiences across the Nordic markets. 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions across the Nordic markets for both own-store employees and retail partner teams. 
  • Educate teams on product knowledge, brand DNA, makeup artistry, skincare expertise, fragrance, and customer experience excellence. 
  • Coach and certify makeup artists and skincare specialists while ensuring high capability standards across the region. 
  • Create innovative educational content, including digital learning modules, tutorials, social content, and training materials. 
  • Deliver virtual training through Teams and e-learning platforms. 
  • Act as a brand ambassador at PR events, launches, masterclasses, retailer activations, and large-scale brand events. 
  • Adapt and localize Global and EMEA education content to ensure relevance and impact in Nordic markets. 
  • Track training effectiveness and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, field teams, media, and key stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. 

Your Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience within beauty retail, artistry, education, or a similar role. 
  • Professional expertise in makeup, skincare, and fragrance. 
  • Relevant certification in makeup artistry, beauty education, or skincare is an advantage. 
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and training skills. 
  • Experience creating engaging digital content and delivering virtual learning. 
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language. 
  • Comfortable travelling extensively across the Nordic region (approximately 50–70%). 
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
