About the Role
As a Key Account Management Student Assistant, in this role, you will collaborate with the KAM team to work with retailers across the Nordics, supporting and enhancing our business while developing your skills. You will take part in the daily ad hoc assignments as well as have your own areas of responsibility and projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management, coordinating and executing all needed deliverables internally to accommodate customer requests and deadlines
- Bi-annual master data registration process delivering key materials (planograms, price list, order sheets, data templates etc)
- Assortment analysis, catalog alignment, root cause analysis and regular SAP updates
- Update trade plan by brand and by campaign
- Update distribution changes and new openings in SAP
- Own and communicate any changes to Launch date, Product codes, pricing etc between brand and customer
- Coordinate Marketing POS material between brand and customer
Your Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Strong Excel skills is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working with data and digital systems (experience with SAP or similar tools is a plus)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional Nordic language is an advantage)
