The Role
The role as KAM Coordinator is to support the Sr. Key Account Manager and the team, being responsible for some of our most important and valued retail partners. You will be working with a broad portfolio of global brands and will be based in our Nordic head office in Copenhagen. As a KAM Coordinator, you will report to the Sr. Key Account Manager and, together with her, support a team of four Key Account Managers. You will be part of a team with responsibility for all our retailers in Denmark and Finland.
Your key mission is to support the Sr. Key Account Manager and the team in driving growth through strong and trusting relationships with retail partners. You may be at the beginning of your career and eager to learn and build your professional profile where your dream is to become a Key Account Manager yourself, or you are someone who thrives in working with sales and coordinating multiple stakeholders and wants to take on more responsibility. You are disciplined, deliver on time, and are motivated by seeing your work translate into retailer satisfaction, strong execution, and successful sales results. The scope of this role is broad, and for the right person there are great opportunities to develop and take on new responsibilities to further expand your knowledge within Key Account Management.
Your Key Responsibilities
More specifically, you will be supporting with:
- Preparing trade plans, new product launches and share assets to this
- Creating proposals on sell-in volumes of new products based on analysis and benchmarks
- Submitting correct master data to our retail partners
- Being on top of GWP, samples and Events for all the retailers in our Team
- Analyzing and reporting on product launches and other commercial initiatives
- Following up on orders and making sure that everything is on track
- Keeping all retailer deadlines in collaboration with Data Team and Brand Teams
Your Qualifications
- Well-organized and structured
- Fast learner and self-motivated
- Service-oriented, thriving on delivering everything on time and in full
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Analyzing data and sales statistics and draw conclusions
- Superior MS Excel skills. Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Superior Power Point skills considered as a plus
- Master’s degree in business administration, sales, finance or similar
