This role focuses on driving product engagement and sales by actively promoting and recommending beauty products to customers, both in-person and through virtual platforms. It involves demonstrating product features and benefits, showcasing virtual services, and applying strong selling skills to achieve sales and performance targets set by the Retail/Counter Manager. The position emphasizes delivering personalized, professional customer service to enhance the overall experience and foster brand loyalty, while maintaining the highest standards of brand image through appearance and behavior.

 

What You Will Achieve

  • Drive Sales & Deliver Exceptional Service: Engage with customers, provide personalized assistance, follow up on purchases, and maintain an accurate customer database for future interactions.
  • Maintain a Premium Environment: Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and visually appealing to reflect the brand’s image.
  • Uphold Professional Grooming Standards: Adhere to brand guidelines for grooming and uniform to maintain a polished, professional appearance.
  • Support Administrative Operations: Assist the Retail/Counter Manager with tasks such as stock management, sales reporting, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Manage Inventory Accurately: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular checks, and promptly report discrepancies to the Retail/Counter Manager.

Qualifications

What You Will Need

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Makeup Artist positions require a valid Makeup Certification.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in social selling techniques, including social media posting, virtual consultations, and live streaming.
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and willing to work extended hours when necessary.
