The role of the Consumer Engagement Executive is accountable for the execution of total / omnichannel consumer engagement across owned, earned and paid through the funnel as per the strategic guideline from the Marketing Lead. Adaptation of marketing calendar, media planning, content development and CRM programming responsibilities from Brand Online to Consumer Engagement team. In addition, this position is accountable for planning and implementing Marketing communication and omni-channel marketing initiatives to achieve/ execute the brand objectives. This role works closely with Retail Marketing as well as Education Manager for planning and execution of all brand activities etc.

 

What You Will Achieve
•    Plan, execute, and analyze paid media campaigns across various channels.
•    Responsible for executing consumer engagement strategies across all channels (owned, earned, paid) following the Marketing Lead’s guidelines. This includes adapting the marketing calendar, media planning, content development, and CRM programming.
•    Plans and implements marketing communications and omni-channel initiatives to achieve brand objectives. Works closely with Retail Marketing and Education Manager for all brand activities.
•    Executes social/digital marketing plans, manages content calendars, localizes digital assets, and oversees brand communication on social media, websites, SEO, and email. Supports PR and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) plans, including editorial content and campaign collaborations.
•    Maintains alignment with education and online teams, supports e-commerce campaigns, ensures timely communication, consolidates reports, and delivers activities within allocated budgets.

Qualifications

What You Will Need
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field preferred.
•    Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) in a similar role, preferably in retail / beauty / high fashion industry.
•    This is an operational and entrepreneurial role, which requires someone with a hands-on approach to business and strong  perseverance, as well uphold the highest standards of luxury while being creative and can think outside the box. 
•    Proactive and positive approach to work and daily tasks.
•    Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with all parties.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
•    Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
