Reporting to the Content Manager, this role will be responsible for content and asset creation for all online and media needs across SEA4 (Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia & Philippines) and Singapore. You will support brand teams by providing them with digital assets that are required to run media, online and CRM operations. You will also be responsible for defining content agency SoW and run agency process selection when required and daily project management of content creation with agencies.
What You Will Achieve:
A) Online Content Brief:
- Translate Online GTMs for BAU and HTSM into individual platform content briefs for SEA4 + SG + TH
- Coordinate localization of briefs with in-market resources for SEA and eMerchandising specialists
- Coordinate with content agencies for the full creation of local assets for SEA4 + SG
B) Media Asset Content:
- Develop content briefs for all media assets, as aligned with CRM and Media Teams
- Coordinate with in-market teams for localization of assets
- Coordinate with agencies for the creation of all local assets
C) Product Listing:
- Work with e-merchandisers and online brand teams to define all new product listing requirements on a monthly basis
- Gather information from e-merchandising specialists, in-market teams (for translation when required), and brand teams for asset collection and sharing with enablers
- Track and perform quality checks on all local product listings
D) Resizing/Adaptation:
- Coordinate with content agencies for all resizing or adaptation of assets for ad-hoc requests
What You Will Need:
- 2-3 years' experience in digital content creation and coordination
- Degree in Digital Marketing or any related field
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Strong organizational skills for managing projects and timelines
- Team player, highly collaborative
- Familiarity with media, CRM, and eCommerce content needs
- Comfortable handling localization, content briefs, and asset tracking
