Finance Intern, O2C

About the Role: 
We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to support our Order to Cash (O2C) team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in finance operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will assist in day-to-day finance tasks, support key reporting activities, and gain exposure to tools like SAP and Excel.

Key Responsibilities: 
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support systems data reconciliation. 
- Support invoicing and payment tracking processes. 
- Help with customer account reconciliations and AR reporting. 
- Prepare basic financial summaries and assist in month-end closing tasks. 
- Work closely with the team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and payments. 
- Help document processes and update internal files.

Requirements: 
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. 
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. 
- Good communication and teamwork skills. 
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
