Job Responsibilities

Support the maintenance and accuracy of APAC HR master data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established HR processes.

Assist in monitoring and controlling HR data transactions to enhance data accuracy and processing timeliness.

Generate HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support business and management reporting requirements.

Perform data analysis, statistical reporting, and HRIS queries to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement

Facilitate the onboarding process for new interns, including welcome communications, employee ID creation, and system access coordination.

Support intern offboarding activities, ensuring timely completion of exit procedures and documentation.

Provide administrative and operational support for HR projects, employee requests, and personnel records management.

Other ad-hoc will be assigned from time to time including corporate comms and office services related tasks.
Requirements
-
Currently pursing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics or any related discipline

Strong analytical, research, & problem-solving skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity & formulate root cause analyses on potential issues

Understands data structures and able to recognize patterns within data and information; detail oriented, organized

Experienced in using data reporting and visualization tools, e.g. Power BI (data modeling, data expressions, data visualizations), Tableau, Visier, SQL, etc. is a plus

Experienced in various automation platforms such as UiPath, PowerApps is a plus

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to multi-task, and maintain accurate records

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in oral and written English

A good team player with high level of maturity and independence
