Description
The Key Account Executive is the interface between Estee Lauder Companies and Speciality Multi Retailers and is primarily responsible to effectively manage and align with retailers on set financial targets and communications across the full ELC brand portfolio. Reporting to Commercial Director, and worksingclosely with Online Director & Brand General Managers and the broader ELC brand teams on the achievement of net sales plans, this role will be responsible and accountable for net sales planning, reporting on retail sales, operational progress and communication. You will also need to ensure cross brand collaboration and uphold ELC Corporate view across Retailer group.
What You Will Achieve
- Support financial goals by collaborating with retail partners and internal teams to grow net sales across both brick-and-mortar and online channels.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, promotional activities, and product launches to maximize brand performance.
- Participate in business reviews and negotiations with key retailers, ensuring alignment on marketing plans and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with regional brand teams to manage product listings, promotional calendars, and inventory levels across retailers.
- Contribute to commercial growth by identifying sales opportunities, supporting go-to-market strategies, and ensuring timely execution of promotional plans.

Qualifications
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 3 years in sales, account management, or retail operations—preferably within the beauty or fast-paced consumer industry.
Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in planning, organizing, and managing multiple priorities.
- Business-driven mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
- Collaborative team player with initiative and adaptability.
