The role is responsible for managing and coordinating retail operations data, financial reporting, and sales validation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance across multiple systems. 

 

What You Will Achieve

 

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, store targets, and accrual data to Finance.
  • Validate sales data across BI, Power BI, and Sephora DOMO platforms, resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Handle LE uploads, ensuring standardized formats and accurate system integration.
  • Maintain and update monthly DBR templates, store order templates, and order budget summaries.
  • Compile and verify commission, wages, allowances, and incentives for casual and full-time employees.
  • Cross-check compensation reports and submit approved templates to payroll teams.
  • Manage new sell-in proposals, replenishment orders, and Sephora PO/NIF processes.
  • Track product status, material codes, and ensure timely approvals for returns and GRN validations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales outlook reports for MYS and SEA affiliates.
  • Conduct batch code audits and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

What You Will Need

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in retail operations, finance support, or data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, DOMO) and SAP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with capability to validate and reconcile complex data sets.
  • Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
