Description

The Senior Executive, Customer Service & Logistics will manage daily operational details and builds strong relationships with supply chain partners, commercial teams, and logistics providers to drive retail execution and service levels. The position develops efficient processes to ensure optimal stock availability and exceed customer expectations, collaborates with various teams for delivery tracking and replenishment, works with Finance on Order to Cash processes and audit assessments, and supports system testing, training, and rollout with stakeholders including the Regional Team.

What You Will Achieve

  • Manages daily logistics operations with 3PL partners, ensuring warehouse and transportation efficiency, compliance, and high-quality problem-solving. Acts as SAP Key User and oversees customs clearance and inventory accuracy.

  • Develops and implements procedures to enhance operational efficiency, security, safety, and cost-effectiveness within the distribution center (DC).

  • Coordinates with Shared Service teams to ensure best-in-class order fulfillment for both B2B and B2C channels. Manages monthly order scheduling, reviews order compliance, and publishes customer service reports with root cause analysis.

  • Works closely with Hub DC, Brand, Commercial, Planning, Sales, Finance, and IT teams to synchronize supply chain activities and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Monitors and analyzes counter inventory using tools like Trade MOC, focuses on slow mover reduction, and optimizes stock mix to maximize counter productivity

Qualifications

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in Customer Supply Chain Planning or related functions (e.g., Distribution, Logistics, Inventory Procurement).
  • Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, o9 Solutions, and reporting tools like PowerBI, QlikView, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and solve problems using multiple data sources.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills, with a disciplined approach to detail, follow-through, and working under pressure.
